Courage Center

Fraser

Fraser is a Minnesota-based nonprofit that serves children and adults with special needs through education, healthcare and housing. The Fraser Mental Health Program provides services for children whose parents or caregivers have concerns about their developmental, behavioral and/or emotional well-being.
