DeafBlind Services Minnesota (DBSM)
DBSM provides community support services (“SSP”) to people who are DeafBlind or have dual vision/hearing loss. Via the CADI and EW waivers under Medical Assistance, they provide ILS services to persons who are blind, deaf or deafblind. In conjunction with Vision Loss Resources, they can provide Adjustment to Blindness rehab training. DBSM clients can also access the VLR Community Center and Community Education Program.

REM Minnesota
REM Minnesota is a statewide provider of community supportive living services and In Home hourly supports for individuals living with disabilities such as brain injury, mental illness, physical, intellectual developmental and autism spectrum. Staff are trained to support individuals in their quest for independence and self determination. Over 90 staff are Certified Brain Injury Specialists. There are many homes across the state designated for brain injury and mental illness supports (including DBT focus).
