In Minnesota, ASI is licensed as a Class F Home Care Provider and is a Housing With Services establishment through the Minnesota Department of Health. Assisted Living is a service option available at select locations in Minnesota to help residents achieve their highest level of independence.

Residents with mobility impairments and/or brain injuries or similar cognitive disabilities have access to on-site Resident Assistant Staff 24 hours per day. Services are directed by the resident and may include transfers, help with ADL’s including, medication assistance, housekeeping and meal preparation. Residents with brain injuries or similar cognitive disabilities have access to additional on-site support.

Services are supervised by a nurse who works with the resident to develop an individualized care plan. A Site Supervisor works directly with the resident to coordinate schedules and implement their care plan. Payment available through Home and Community waivers.
