The Cardinal’s Nest by Edward Gibbs Our
daughter, Amy Jean Gibbs, inspired the Cardinal’s Nest. Amy is an eighteen-year-old
who is under the umbrella of Cerebral Palsy, and is mentally challenged.

Center has tapped into the latest in multimedia technology to produce
a virtual tour of an affordable, accessible home. The house, in suburban
New Hope, was built through a partnership between Courage Center, a
national rehabilitation and resource center for people with disabilities,
and Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, which works to provide affordable
