Access To Employment Offers Mini Job Seeking Classes

Access To Employment Presents Workshop for Managers

Employers will share strategies and their experience in successfully incorporating persons with disabilities into the workplace through the creation of specific positions and employment opportunities. Facilitated by Access To Employment’s Business Advisory Council. Hunters With Disabilities

The Polk County Sportsmen’s Club is hosting its annual Gun Deer Hunt for hunters with disabilities. This hunt will take place from 10/4-10/12/03. Hunters must have a Class A or Class C Disabled Permit. A banquet will be held at the American Legion Hall in Balsam Lake on 10/1/03. Ramsey County Sexual Offense Services (S.O.S.)

Volunteers are needed to help provide services, including evening/weekend crisis line response, outreach to victims seeking medical attention and community education/contribution to sexual assault prevention. A training session for new volunteers starts 09/29/03.  Contact S.O.S. at 651-643-3022 for further information.


Arc’s Family Fun Days

Hay rides and sleigh rides at Rock Isle on Saturday, October 4, 1-4P at Rock Isle in Waconia, located 15 miles west of High 494 on the north side of Highway 5. The cost is $8 per person.
