Scholarship for People with Disabilities This scholarship is awarded annually and provides assistance to individuals with physical and sensory disabilities so they can pursue educational goals or gain technical expertise beyond high school to increase their career options and enrich their lives. Scholarships are based on individual need and will not exceed $1,000. A candidate must be a U.S. citizen, Minnesota state resident or a recipient of Courage Center services. Bonnie Raitt Headlines PACER Benefit The versatile Bonnie RaittCa legend in the blues, jazz, rock and pop scenesCwill perform at the PACER Benefit, presented by Metris Companies, on Sat., May 3, at the Mpls. Convention Center. Tickets, ranging from $50 to $525, include silent and live auctions in addition to Raitt=s performance. A pre-benefit gourmet dinner is available with a separate ticket.
